About Us... Pierhead Housing was established in 1971 to provide good quality, affordable housing for people in real housing need.
We currently own and manage over 1800 properties in the Liverpool, Sefton and the Wirral area and provide accommodation for all kinds of housing needs including general needs, the elderly, students, key workers and shared ownership homes.

More Information... The properties are fitted-out to a standard specification by the Association, and these works can then be enhanced/upgraded by the incoming tenant to meet their own requirements.

Each unit is available under the terms of a new lease with varying periods of between 3 and 10 years, and is subject to an annual rent and service charge, which is collected on a quarterly basis.

Our friendly staff will manage you repair enquiries, rent payments and give arrears advice and support. We can also help you with housing option choices, compliments and complaints, tenancy queries, satisfaction surveys and customer profiling.

We are fully focussed by design and able to support our neighbourhoods in many ways whether you require an adaptation to your home, would like to down size your property or need support with anti-social behaviour; along with our out of hours service we aim to offer resolutions that support everyone’s needs.

We have recently regained our G1 status, revitalised our Board and Governance structure and developed a brand new 5 year business strategy. This has enabled us to once again be a key player in Merseyside working to support Liverpool, Sefton & Wirral councils in delivering their housing ambitions.
